G.N.O. (Girl's Night Out) by Miley Cyrus
G.N.O (Girl's Night Out)
Don't call me
Leave me alone
Not gonna answer my phone
Cuz I don't
No I won't see you
I'm out to have a good time
To get you off of my mind
Cuz I don't
And I won't need you
Time to dial 911
Cuz we're gonna have some fun
Hey boy you know you better run
Cuz it's a girls night
It's alright without you
I'm gonna stay out
And play out
Without you
You better hold tight
Cuz girls nights without you
Let's go GNO
Let's go GNO
Let's go GNO
Let's go
It's a girls night
I'll dance with somebody new
Won't have to think about you
And who knows what that will lead to
You'll here from everyone
You'll get the 411
Hey boy you knew this day would come
Cuz it's a girls night
It's alright without you
I'm gonna stay out
And play out
Without you
Let's go GNO
Let's go GNO
Let's go GNO
Let's go
Hey boy
Don't you wish you could've been a good boy
Try to find another girl like me boy
Feel me when I tell ya I am fine and it's time for me to draw the line
Hey boy
Don't you wish you could've been a good boy
Try to find another girl like me boy
Feel me when I tell ya I am fine and it's time for me to draw the line
Cuz it's a girls night

Good And Broken by Miley Cyrus
Are you overloaded
Candycoated
Your life's imploded now
There's a risk worth taking
A pain worth aching
On this hollow ground
( we can) Let go
Don't hold on to all of life's hardest parts
When we think of stopping
Let's keep on rockin
To the rhythm of our hearts
CHORUS
We can
We can break outta here
Jump on over there
Where the air is clearer
We can
We can forget the pace
win our own race
Become a broken chain, yeah
We are broken chains, yeah
Good and broken
Find the magic
Go and grab it
Your fate is in your hands
Come on, find a reason to believe in
Just tell yourself we can
CHORUS
We can
We can break outta here
Jump on over there
Where the air is clearer
We can
We can forget the pace
win our race
Become a broken chain, yeah
We are broken chains, yeah
Good and broken

Hannah Montana 2:Meet Miley Cyrus
Rockstar
lyrics
oh-oh oh-oh oh-oh
yeah-hey yeah yeah
woo!
Sometimes I walk a little faster
In the school hallway
Just to get next to you
Some days I spend a little extra
Time in the morning
Just to impress you
Guess you dont notice
Guess you dont need to
Sad you're not seein
what you're missin'
On the outside shy and away
On the inside dyin' to say
Chorus:
I'm unusual
Not so typical
Way too smart to be waiting around
Tai chi practicin'
Snowboard champion
I could fix the flat on your car
I might even be a rockstar
I might even be a rockstar
Sometimes I wish when the phone rings
That it would be you
Sayin' let's hang out
Then you confess
That there's something special between us
Why don't we find out
But you don't *even* know me
Guess you don't need me
Why you're not seein' what you're missin'
On the outside *shy and* away
On the inside dyin' to say
Chorus:
I'm unusual
Not so typical
Way too smart to be waiting around
Tai chi practicing
Snowboard champion
I could fix the flat on your car
I might even be a rockstar *(a rockstar)*
Bridge:
If you only knew the real me
I might even be a rockstar
I'm telling you that we are meant to be
Now wouldn't it be nice if you could see
That I really am a rockstar
Yeah yeah
Yeah I really am a rockstar
Hey Hey Hey!
Woo!
Ha! A rockstar
I'm unusual
Not so typical
Way too smart to be waiting around
Tai chi practicing
Snowboard champion
I could fix the flat on your car
Rockin it wherever we are
yeah yeah
Cuz I really am a rock star
Cuz I really am a rock star
I am a rockstar
Wao oh oh
Yeah
Goodnight Everybody!

Everybody makes mistakes... Everybody has those days... 1 2 3 4!
Everybody makes mistakes... Everybody has those days... Everybody knows what what I'm talkin' 'bout... Everybody gets that way... [x2]
Sometimes I'm in a jam
I've gotta make a plan
It might be crazy
I do it anyway
No way to know for sure
I'll figure out a cure
I'm patchin' up the holes
But then it overflows
If I'm not doin' to well
Why be so hard on my self?
[Chorus]
Nobody's Perfect!
I gotta work it!
Again and again 'til I get it right
Nobody's Perfect!
You live and you learn it!
And if I mess it up sometimes...
Nobody's perfect
Sometimes I work a scheme
But then it flips on me
Doesn't turn out how I planned
get stuck in quick sand
No problem, can be solved
Once I get involved
I try to be delicate
Then crash right into it
My intentions are good
Sometimes just misunderstood
[Chorus]
Nobody's perfect!
I gotta work it!
I know in time I'll find a way
Nobody's perfect!
Sometimes I fix things up
And they fall apart again
Nobody's perfect
I might mix things up
But I always get it right in the end
[Talking]
Next time you feel like... it's just one of those days...
when you just can't seem to win
If things don't turn out the way you plan,
FIGURE SOMETHING ELSE OUT!
Don't stay down! Try again! YEAH!
[Singing (x2)]
Everybody makes mistakes.....
everybody has those days.....
everybody knows what, what I'm talkin' 'bout.......
everybody gets that way
Nobody's Perfect!
I gotta work it!
Again and again 'til I get it right!
Nobody's Perfect!
Ya live and ya learn it!
And if I mess it up sometimes...
Nobody's Perfect!
I gotta work it!
I know in time I'll find a way
Nobody's Perfect.
Ya live and ya learn it!
'Cause everybody makes mistakes
Nobody's Perfect!
Nobody's Perfect! No no! Nobody's Perfect!

One In A Million by Miley Cyrus
How did I get here?
I turned around and there you were
I didn't think twice or rationalize
`Cause somehow I knew
That there was more than just chemistry
I mean I knew you were kind of into me
But I figured it's too
Good to be true
I said pinch me where's the catch this time
Can't find a single cloud in the sky
Help me before I get used to this guy
They say that good things take time
But really great things
Happen in the blink of an eye
Thought the chances to meet somebody like you
Were a million to one
I can't believe it (whoa oh)
You're one in a million
All this time I was looking for love
Trying to make things work
They weren't good enough
`Till I thought I'm through
Said I'm done
Then stumbled into the arms of the one
You're making me laugh about the silliest stuff
Say that I'm your diamond in the rough
When I'm mad at you
You come with your velvet touch
Can't believe that I'm so lucky
I have never felt so happy
Every time I see that sparkle in your eyes
They say that good things take time (whooooo)
But really great things
Happen in the blink of an eye
Thought the chances to meet somebody like you
Were a million to one
I can't believe it, (oh whoa)
You're one in a million, (yea yea)
All this time I was looking for love
Trying to make things work
They weren't good enough
Til I thought I'm through
Said I'm done
Then stumbled into the arms of the one
I said pinch me

True Friend by Miley Cyrus
We sign our cards and letters BFF
You've got a million ways to make me laugh
You're lookin' out for me; you've got my back
It's so good to have you around
You know the secrets I could never tell
And when I'm quiet you break through my shell
Don't feel the need to do a rebel yell
Cause you keep my feet on the ground
[CHORUS 1]
You're a true friend
You're here till the end
You pull me aside
When something ain't right
Talk with me now and into the night
'Til it's alright again
You're a true friend
[VERSE 2]
You don't get angry when I change the plans
Somehow you're never out of second chances
Won't say "I told you" when I'm wrong again
I'm so lucky that I've found
[CHORUS 2]
A true friend
You're here till the end
You pull me aside
When something ain't right
Talk with me now and into the night
'Til it's alright again
[BRIDGE]
True friends will go to the ends of the earth
Till they find the thing you need
Friends hang on through the ups and the downs
Cause they've got someone to believe in
[CHORUS 3]
A true friend
You're here till the end
You pull me aside
When something ain't right
Talk with me now and into the night
No need to pretend
You're a true friend
You're here till the end
Pull me aside
When something ain't right
Talk with me now and into the night
'Til it's alright again

Right Here(FULL) by Miley Cyrus
Right Here
I’ll be right here where you need me
Anytime just keep believing
And I’ll be right here …
If you ever need a friend
Someone to care and understand
I’ll be right here
CHORUS:
All you have to do is call my name
No matter how close or far away
Ask me once and I’ll come running
And when I can’t be with you dream me near
Keep me in your heart and I’ll appear
All you gotta do is turn around
Close your eyes, look inside
I’m right here
Isn’t it great that you know that
I’m ready to go wherever you’re at
Anywhere, I’ll be there
CHORUS
I’ll be here
When you need me
No need to worry
You know that I’m gonna be right here

See You Again by Miley Cyrus
(Verse One)
I got my sight set on you,
And I'm ready to aim
I have a heart that will
Never be tamed
I knew you were somethin' special,
When you spoke my name
Now I can't wait,
To see you again
I've got a way of knowin',
When somethin' is right
I feel like I must have known you,
In another life
((Pre-Chorus))
'Cause I felt this deep connection,
When you looked in my eyes
Now I can't wait,
To see you again
((Chorus))
The last time I freaked out,
I just kept lookin' down
I stu-stu-stuttered when you asked me
What I'm thinkin' 'bout
Felt like I couldn't breathe
You asked what's wrong with me
My best friend Leslie said
"She's just bein' Miley."
Then next time we hang out,
I will redeem myself,
My heart can rest till then,
Whoa, whoa,
I, I can't wait,
To see you again
(Verse Two)
I got this crazy feelin',
Deep inside,
When you called and asked to see me
Tomorrow night
(Pre-Chorus)
I'm not a mind reader
But I'm readin' the signs
That you can't wait
To see me again.
(Chorus)
The last time I freaked out
I just kept lookin' down
I stu-stu-stuttered when
You asked me what I'm thinkin' 'bout
Felt like I couldn't breathe
You asked what's wrong with me
My best friend Leslie said

As I am by Miley Cyrus
Gonna stay in bed today
Cuz I can't stand the light
Don't know why I get so down
I won't be much fun tonight
And I can't believe you still wanna hang around me
It's not so pretty all the time
You don't mind
To you it's alright
As I am is how you take me
Never try to push
Make me different
When I talk you listen to me
As I am is how you want me
I know I've found the pieces missing
I'm looking at him
Not the girl you think you see
But maybe that's a lie
You almost know me better than me myself and I
Don't know a lot of things
But I know what I got
It's not so perfect everyday
I don't have to try
Cuz it all falls into place
As I am is how you take me
Never try to push
Make me different
When I talk you listen to me
As I am is how you want me
I know I've found the pieces missing
I'm looking at him
Face to face
Eye to eye
You're standing there
Feels good on the inside
I don't mind
I don't care
You're standing there
Seein me for the first time
Seein me for the first time
Seein me for the first time
As I am is how you take me
Never try to push
Make me different
When I talk you listen to me
As I am is how you want me
I know I've found the pieces missing

Found the pieces missng

East Northumberland High by Miley Cyrus
My problem isn't that I miss you,
Cuz I don't,
My problem isn't that I kissed you,
Woah oh.
I figured out,
That you're nothin' that I thought you're about,
You're just caught in a place,
It's what time will erase in my heart.
You're my type of guy I guess,
If i was stuck in East Northumberland High,
For the rest of my life,
But people change,
Thank God I did.
Just because I liked you back then,
It doesn't mean I like you now,
Just because I liked you back then,
It doesn't mean I like you.
Your problem's not for lack of tryin',
'Cuz you do,
It's just that you're at your best when you're lyin'
Woah oh.
Now your standing here,
And saying things you think I wanted to hear,
But you got it all wrong,
I've already moved on, My dear.
You're my type of guy I guess,
If i was stuck in East Northumberland High,
For the rest of my life,
But people change,
Thank God I did.
Just because I liked you back then,
It doesn't mean I like you now,
Just because I liked you back then,
It doesn't mean I like you.
When you're standing near me,
I don't see so clearly,
The feelings are still helpable,
But when I take two steps away,
It shakes some light on my day.
Yeah you can't go back,
It's all in the past,
Guess you gotta laugh at it.
You're my type of guy I guess,
If i was stuck in East Northumberland High,
For the rest of my life,
But people change,
Thank God I did.
And if there's some confusion,
Let me tell ya you're just delusional,
Get a clue,
'Cuz people change,
Thank God I did,
Thank God I did,
Thank God I did.
Just because I liked you back then,
It doesn't mean I like you now,
Just because I liked you back then,
It doesn't mean I like you,
Doesn't mean I like you.
Just because I liked you back then,
It doesn't mean I like you now.

Miley Cyrus
Biography
Born in Franklin, Tennessee,[1] a suburb of Nashville, Miley Cyrus attended Heritage Middle School[3], but now has a private tutor.[4] She grew up on her parents' farm outside of Nashville.[5] Cyrus is the daughter of country singer Billy Ray Cyrus and Leticia "Tish" Cyrus,[1] and the granddaughter of the late Ron Cyrus and Ruth Ann Cyrus. She has two elder half-brothers, Christopher Cody and Trace, the latter being the vocalist and guitarist of an electronic rock band, Metro Station in California.[6] She also has an elder half-sister, Brandi, a younger brother, Braison, and a younger sister, Noah Lindsey Cyrus, who is also an actress.[7] She was named Destiny Hope because her parents believed that she would accomplish great things.[1] Cyrus gained her nickname "Miley" because she kept smiling ("Smiley") as a youngster.[1] In an interview with USA Today, Cyrus was quoted as saying her faith is "the main thing" and is the reason why she works in Hollywood.[8] When interviewed by Parade, she added that she attends church regularly with her family.[9] She also has many pets, including horses, dogs, cats, fish and chickens.[10]
Career
Cyrus became interested in acting at age nine when the family briefly lived in Toronto, Canada. Her first acting role was as a guest star on her father's television series Doc, in which she played a girl named Kylie.[11][2] In 2003, she played "Young Ruthie" in Tim Burton's Big Fish and was credited as Destiny Cyrus. She was also featured in Rhonda Vincent's music video for "If Heartaches Have Wings", and appeared on Colgate Country Showdown with her father, who was hosting the program.
Cyrus was eleven years old when she originally auditioned for Disney for the lead as well as the "best friend" roles;[12] Disney Channel executives then judged her to be "too small", however Miley was persistent in her desire to be part of the show, so Disney called her back for further auditions when she turned 12. According to Disney Channel Executive Vice President Gary Marsh, Cyrus was chosen for Hannah Montana because of her energetic and lively performance and was seen as a person who "loves every minute of life",[13] with the "everyday relatability of Hilary Duff and the stage presence of Shania Twain".[5] She spent several years to get rid of her Southern accent, but in the end Disney wanted her to revive it. Later in an unusual twist, Cyrus had to audition her own father, Billy Ray Cyrus, to see if he would fit the role as Hannah's dad.[14] Cyrus currently stars in Hannah Montana as the lead character Miley Stewart, whose alter ego is the pop music sensation Hannah Montana. Cyrus also performs in character as Hannah Montana for albums and concerts.
In 2004, Cyrus became a spokesperson for Daisy Rock Guitars, when she was presented with her first Daisy Rock guitar— the Stardust Series Acoustic Electric Pink Sparkle. It was given to her by her parents from her father's Country Music Television fan meet-and-greet when she was twelve years old.[15]
On June 22, 2006, a performance of a Hannah Montana concert (featuring Cyrus as Hannah Montana) at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon in Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida was recorded for the Disney Channel. Cyrus spent the rest of 2006 opening for The Cheetah Girls on 20 dates of their 39-city tour.[16] Cyrus also appeared in the Disney Channel Hannah Montana promotion, "Hannah Montana's Backstage Secrets", in which she portrays Hannah Montana in a fictional interview set in the show's canon.
Walt Disney Records released the Hannah Montana soundtrack on October 24, 2006. The soundtrack included eight of the songs that Cyrus performed as Hannah Montana. Cyrus also signed a four-album major record deal with Hollywood Records for her own albums.
Cyrus is good friends with fellow Hannah Montana co-stars Emily Osment and Mitchel Musso, often texting and conference calling each other during busy days.[4] Miley Cyrus also taught Emily Osment how to play the guitar and Osment taught Cyrus how to knit. She is also friends with the stars of the highly successful TV movie High School Musical, including Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale, and The Suite Life of Zack and Cody stars including Brenda Song.Cyrus had a brief cameo in High School Musical 2 credited as "Girl at Pool", where she danced in front of the pool wearing a yellow baby doll top before the end credits.
Cyrus performed as Hannah Montana at the Walt Disney Christmas Parade on December 25, 2006, singing her version of the holiday classic "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree."
In June 26, 2007, exactly eight months after the release of the first soundtrack, Cyrus released a double album, Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus. The first disc served as the second Hannah Montana soundtrack, while the second disc was Cyrus' debut album as herself. She co-wrote, credited as "Destiny Hope Cyrus", eight of the ten songs.
While attending the Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix premiere, Cyrus stated that they are working on ideas for a Hannah Montana movie. The feature-length film is to be produced by Cyrus's both on and off-screen dad, Billy Ray Cyrus.[17]
Disney released a Hannah Montana clothing collection in late summer. Cyrus helped to design some of the pieces from the collection. "It's not a costume. A tween girl isn't doing dress-up, they want to look like they could be Hannah Montana's friend. This is a fashion line."[18]
Walt Disney Records has announced that Cyrus will be performing both as herself and in character as Hannah Montana on a 54-date North American Best of Both Worlds Tour starting October 18, 2007 in St. Louis, Missouri and ending January 9, 2008 in Albany, New York.[19]. The Jonas Brothers will be the opening act. Tour tickets for each date have been selling out in record time after they have gone on sale disappointing large numbers of fans.[20]
Miley Cyrus appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show on November 21, 2007

I knew you well by Michael Tomlinson
I knew you well by Michael Tomlinson
I Knew You Well
In the glow of the street lamp you waited
All the world in your eyes
Like some old photograph worn and dated
All the details were faded, but the moon in your eyes
Did you know you’d hold a place in me?
This was so long ago, how I wonder
Just a dream I recall
From some forgotten place we were staying
There impatiently waiting for the winter to thaw
Did we learn too late about love’s ways?
Were we blind in fear of our hearts’ embrace?
Well I hold those years inside the place we made
In this dark all my sisters are strangers
I’ve got nowhere to fall
I am tired, I thought love made a way for us
Not so riddled and dangerous
Now, I don’t know at all
Oh, I’m wondering how all my boundaries were blended
I watch them come down, all the walls I defended
I can almost smell the clovered hills
In the shadows there, we linger still
But I can’t replace the time I knew you well

Michael Tomlinson-Sunlight (will find a way) by Michael Tomlinson

Sunlight (will find a way) by Michael Tomlinson
All of your mysteries, I look in your eyes
Why do I need answers to love's surprise
Fell in love easy, when did we start
Well I don't know you but I know your heart
I walk beside you, I brush your arm
The sun makes us sleepy like early, early wine
Drinking your kisses, breathing your hair
When I wake from the dream will you still be there
Chorus
As love grows
We both know the world has changed
Somehow we've been rearranged
I knew love would come if we just let go
But love like this I've never known
Sunlight will find a way
Sunlight will find a way
Moments are passing shadows on skin
I hear you laughing, will you call me in
Looking out windows, where is this dream
Does it feel good to you like love again
It's a little bit magic, something like smoke
I'm a little bit lonely every time you go
Colors from rainbows scatter like wind
When I wake from the dream will you come again?
Chorus
All of your mysteries I look in your eyes
Why do I need answers to love's surprise
Fell in love easy when did we start
Well I don't know you but I know your heart
Chorus

Live Again by Michael Tomlinson

Texas-born Michael Tomlinson was raised in Amarillo, moving to Austin in his twenties to find a way to begin his recording career. While visiting Seattle in the early 80s, he wrote a song there that was released on local radio without his knowing, becoming the most requested song in the station’s history and opening the door for his move to the Pacific Northwest and the beginning of a concert and recording career.
In the mid-80s he released his first album, Run This Way Forever, which sold over 100,000 units on his own Desert Rain label. He next signed a deal for worldwide distribution and put out his second album, Still Believe, which scored a Top 10 Adult Contemporary hit with the song, Dawning on A New Day.
That album was followed by the recordings, Face Up in the Rain and Living Things, both of which received much radio play on AAA and NAC stations. To the surprise of many listeners and programmers, Michael then left the traditional music business and went back to putting out his own records on his small Deser Rain label. In the years since, he’s continued to play a handful of concerts each year and to write and produce new albums every few years. He is currently working on a new release to be finished summer of 2007.
I used to think I would one day settle down
I don't know what that really means
I'm in a place where the dream
Comes back around
To look me right in the face
I dream of love like it was before but
That kind of love seemed to never stay
Yet it still has a hold on me today
Sometimes I want to lay these troubles down
Turn around and then walk away
But I believe that I know too much now
I can't pretend I'm the same
Some love lives to cut and scrape us
Some love come to help us feel
Some love, so we'll all begin to heal
Whenever I feel alone like this
I lay awake uneasily
I need more than a lover's sweet kiss
Romance will not deliver me
I hear and old and endless song
The words I just keep filling
I keep thinking the love we need
Will live again
There are things when we're young
That we all learn
To grow up and just never ask
How is it that a world that doesn't work
Has ended up on our backs
Sometimes I can see right through this
Sometimes I'm no more than blind
Stumbling in the darkness of my mind
In a world that we don't even
Begin to understand
There's a storm that we're living in
Can we learn to live in trust
Oh I know we must again

Un Beso by Aventura
me cautiva y me exita
No me canso de besar
Su lengua es mi devilidad
ella sabe los truquitos, diganme si ay alguien mas
SOLO POR UN BESO...

My Chemical Romance - The Black Parade
I Don't Love You"
Well, when you go
Don't ever think I'll make you try to stay
And maybe when you get back
I'll be off to find another way
And after all this time that you still owe
You're still the good-for-nothing I don't know
So take your gloves and get out
Better get out
While you can
When you go
Would you even turn to say
"I don't love you
Like I did
Yesterday"
Sometimes I cry so hard from pleading
So sick and tired of all the needless beating
But baby when they knock you
Down and out
It's where you oughta stay
And after all the blood that you still owe
Another dollar's just another blow
So fix your eyes and get up
Better get up
While you can
Whoa, whooa
When you go
Would you even turn to say
"I don't love you
Like I did
Yesterday"
Well come on, come on
When you go
Would you have the guts to say
"I don't love you
Like I loved you
Yesterday"
I don't love you
Like I loved you
Yesterday
I don't love you
Like I loved you
Yesterday
"Dead!"
Yeah!
And if your heart stops beating
I'll be here wondering
Did you get what you deserve?
The ending of your life
And if you get to heaven
I'll be here waiting, babe
Did you get what you deserve?
The end, and if your life won't wait
Then your heart can't take this
Have you heard the news that you're dead?
No one ever had much nice to say
I think they never liked you anyway
Oh take me from the hospital bed
Wouldn't it be grand? It ain't exactly what you planned.
And wouldn't it be great If we were dead?
Ohh dead.
Tongue-tied and oh so squeamish
You never fell in love
Did you get what you deserve?
The ending of your life
And if you* get to heaven
I'll be here waiting, babe
Did you get what you deserve?
The end, and if your life won't wait
Then your heart can't take this
Have you heard the news that you're dead?
No one ever had much nice to say
I think they never liked you anyway
Oh take me from the hospital bed
Wouldn't it be grand to take a pistol by the hand?
And wouldn't it be great if we were dead?
And in my honest observation
During this operation
Found a complication in your heart
So long, 'Cause now you've got (now you've got)
Maybe just two weeks to live
Is that the most the both of you can give?
One, two, one two three four!
LA LA LA LA LA!
LA LA LA LA LA LA!
LA LA LA LA LA LA LA!
Well come on,
LA LA LA LA LA!
LA LA LA LA LA LA!
LA LA LA LA LA LA LA!
Oh motherfucker,
If life ain't just a joke (LA LA LA LA LA!)
Then why are we laughing? (LA LA LA LA LA LA!)
If life ain't just a joke (LA LA LA LA LA LA LA!)
Then why are we laughing?
If life ain't just a joke (LA LA LA LA LA!)
Then why are we laughing? (LA LA LA LA LA LA!)
If life ain't just a joke (LA LA LA LA LA LA LA!)
Then why am I dead?
DEAD!
"Disenchanted"
Well I was there on the day
They sold the cause for the queen,
And when the lights all went out
We watched our lives on the screen.
I hate the ending myself,
But it started with an alright scene.
It was the roar of the crowd
That gave me heartache to sing.
It was a lie when they smiled
And said, "you won't feel a thing"
And as we ran from the cops
We laughed so hard it would sting
Yeah yeah, oh
If I'm so wrong (so wrong, so wrong)
How can you listen all night long? (night long, night long)
Now will it matter after I'm gone?
Because you never learn a goddamned thing.
You're just a sad song with nothing to say
About a life long wait for a hospital stay
And if you think that I'm wrong,
This never meant nothing to ya
I spent my high school career
Spit on and shoved to agree
So I could watch all my heroes
Sell a car on tv
Bring out the old guillotine
We'll show 'em what we all mean.
Yeah yeah, oh
If I'm so wrong (so wrong, so wrong)
How can you listen all night long? (night long, night long)
Now will it matter long after I'm gone?
Because you never learn a goddamned thing.
You're just a sad song with nothing to say
About a life long wait for a hospital stay
And if you think that I'm wrong,
This never meant nothing to ya
So go, go away, just go, run away.
But where did you run to? And where did you hide?
Go find another way, price you pay
Woah, Woah, Woah, Woah, Woah, Woah
You're just a sad song with nothing to say
About a life long wait for a hospital stay
And if you think that I'm wrong,
This never meant nothing to ya, come on
You're just a sad song with nothing to say
About a life long wait for a hospital stay
And if you think that I'm wrong,
This never meant nothing to ya
At all, at all, at all, at all

Oh, Everyday
They say that you should follow
And chase down what you dream
But if you get lost and lose yourself
What does it really mean?
No matter where we're going
It starts from where are
There's more to life when we listen to your hearts
And because of you I've got the strength to start
Yeah yeah yeah

Work This Out by Troy, Gabriella & Wildcats
Chad:
How did we get from the top of the World
to the bottom of the heap?
Taylor:
I don’t recall you mentioning
the boss is such a creep
Zeke:
We still have the ingredients to
make this summer sweet
Martha:
Well, i got rags instead of riches
Jason:
And all these dirty dishes
All:

Gabriella:

We can still save the summer

Chad:
(Dude, what have you gotten us into?)
Troy:
(Come on, we can totally
turn this thing around)
Chad:
I’d rather face a seven footer
straight up in the post
Taylor:
That sure beats hangin’ here
Taylor & Martha:
And burning someone’s toast.
Jason:
I needed Benjamins, but
this ain’t worth the stress
Kelsi:
Maybe there’s a better way
to fix this greasy mess
Troy:
We’re a champion team,
a well-oiled machine,
and we’ve faced tougher
problems than this.
I know it’s a grind, but
I’m sure we can find
a way to have fun while
we get this job done.
We’ve got to work, work
to work this out
Troy and Gabriella:
We’ll make things right
the sun will shine
If we work, work
there’ll be no doubt
We can all come together
Zeke, Kelsi, Troy & Gabriella:
If we work this out!!
Troy:
(Let’s work it!)
Tell me what you want
Gabriella:
Tell me what you need
Zeke:
A little bit of sugar
Martha:
A little bit of butter
Kelsi:
It’s the perfect recipe!
All:
Pay day!
Jason:
It’ll taste so sweet
All:
Pay Day!
Zeke:
Good enough to eat
Jason:
Gonna make some motion pictures
Martha:
Hit the mall with all my sisters
Zeke:
Get tickets to the Knicks and Sixers
Kelsi:
Kick it with the music mixers
Chad:
Buy a ride that suits my style
Taylor:
Lounge around the pool and while
Troy:
Make a date with my favorite girl
Troy & Gabriella:
We’ve got it made!

a well-oiled machine,
and we’ve faced tougher
problems than this.
I know it’s a grind, but
I’m sure we can find
a way to have fun while
we get this job done.
We’ve got to work, work
to work this out
Troy and Gabriella:
We’ll make things right
the sun will shine
If we work, work
there’ll be no doubt
We can all come together
Zeke, Kelsi, Troy & Gabriella:
If we work this out!!
Troy:
(Let’s work it!)
Tell me what you want
Gabriella:
Tell me what you need
Zeke:
A little bit of sugar
Martha:
A little bit of butter
Kelsi:
It’s the perfect recipe!
All:
Pay day!
Jason:
It’ll taste so sweet
All:
Pay Day!
Zeke:
Good enough to eat
Jason:
Gonna make some motion pictures
Martha:
Hit the mall with all my sisters
Zeke:
Get tickets to the Knicks and Sixers
Kelsi:
Kick it with the music mixers
Chad:
Buy a ride that suits my style
Taylor:
Lounge around the pool and while
Troy:
Make a date with my favorite girl
Troy & Gabriella:
We’ve got it made!
All:
We’ve got to work, work
to work this out
We’ll make things right,
the sun will shine
If we work, work
there’ll be no doubt
We can still save the summer
If we work this out!
Work This!
Gotta Work This!
We can work this out!

Fabulous
Sharpay:
Its out with the old and in with the new,
Goodbye clouds of Gray, hello skies of blue
A dip in the pool, a trip to the spa
Endless days in my chaise
The whole world according to moi
Excuse Me Thank You
Iced tea imported from England,
Lifeguards imported from Spain,
Towels imported from Turkey,
Turkey imported from Maine,

Fetch me my jimmy choo flip flops,
Where is my pink prada tote?

You are the music in me
You know the words "Once Upon A Time"

High School Musical is an American telefilm. Released on January 20, 2006, it was one of the most successful Disney Channel Original Movies (DCOM) produced, with a television sequel released August 17, 2007 and a feature film sequel in the planning process.[2] The film's soundtrack was the best-selling album in the United States for 2006.[3] The film was shot almost entirely in the Wasatch Front in Utah (namely Salt Lake City and Murray).
With a plot described as a modern retelling of Romeo & Juliet,[4][5] High School Musical is a story of two high school juniors from rival cliques[6][7][8]: Troy Bolton (Zac Efron), captain of the basketball team, and Gabriella Montez (Vanessa Hudgens), a shy transfer student who excels in math and science. Together, they try out for the lead parts in their high school musical, and as a result, divide the school. Despite other students' attempts to thwart their dreams, Troy and Gabriella resist peer pressure and rivalry, inspiring others along the way not to "stick with the status quo."
This was Disney Channel's most successful movie at its time with 7.7 million viewers in its premiere broadcast in the US. In the UK, it received 789,000 viewers for its premiere (and 1.2 million viewers overall during the first week), making the film the most watched program for the Disney Channel (UK) of 2006. It was also the first ever Disney Channel Original Movie to be broadcast on the BBC on December 29, 2006 . On August 16, 2007 ratings went slightly up to 6.0 million viewers
Main characters
Troy Bolton
Troy Bolton (portrayed by Zac Efron) is the male protagonist of the story and the captain of the East High Wildcats basketball team. His best friend is Chad Danforth. At a New Years party at a ski resort, he was pressured into singing 'Start of Something New' with Gabriella Montez; prior to that, he had only sung in the shower.[9] Troy is torn between basketball and singing; he wants to sing with Gabriella (the girl Troy has a crush on), but his teammates push him away from it with peer pressure and even trickery because they are worried it will affect their chances at winning the championship game, as Troy is the coach's son, Wildcat captain, and star player. Troy also enjoys snowboarding.
Gabriella Montez
Gabriella Montez (portrayed by Vanessa Anne Hudgens) is the female protagonist, who secretly has a crush Troy. She is a shy and a very intelligent student who has just changed schools. She originally met Troy when they were forced into a karaoke duet at a New Years party at a ski resort. She meets him again when she moves to the same school as Troy in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is hesitant to let everybody know of her past achievements, although they find out, through the internet, that she previously won numerous Scholastic Competitions. She had previously been in a church choir, but passed out after having everybody stare at her while singing solo. She and Troy audition, get a callback, and then win the lead parts for the Winter musical. She also helps East High win the Scholastic Decathlon award.
Sharpay Evans
Main article: Sharpay Evans
Sharpay Evans (portrayed by Ashley Tisdale) is the antagonist of High School Musical. She is an arrogant person who always wants her way. She overdominates and likes to be in control even of her twin brother Ryan. She auditions with him for the winter school musical against Troy and Gabriella. When she hears that Troy and Gabriella have a callback, she changes the callback date so Troy and Gabriella wouldn't be able to get the leads. The plan however fails with the aid of Taylor and Chad who have. Sharpay ends up being the understudy for Gabriella, and in the end, wishes Gabriella good luck by telling her to break a leg. Chad, at one point, calls Sharpay and Ryan "show dogs"; the Shar Pei, a homophone of Sharpay, is a kind of dog. She also makes reference to famous Broadway songwriter Stephen Sondheim by calling Kelsi "my sawed-off Sondheim". Despite her resentment of Troy and Gabriella taking the lead from her in the school musical, she seems to have a small crush or interest in Troy, and somewhat jealous of Gabriella. It also should be noted that at the end of High School Musical she seems to at least get along with Troy and Gabriella. Yet in High School Musical 2, she has reverted to hating Gabriella, and actually developed an interest for Troy.
Ryan Evans
Ryan Evans (portrayed by Lucas Grabeel) is the twin brother and acting partner of Sharpay Evans, with whom he has starred in seventeen school productions to date. In High School Musical, both Ryan and his sister function as antagonists, while in High School Musical 2, he acts as a protagonist. Ryan is an excellent dancer and singer, tending to lean toward high-energy, upbeat songs and expressive choreography, often to the point of absurdity. He has a much more highly developed sense of fashion than most East High students, wearing button down shirts and slacks and topping each outfit with some type of hat. The hats are one of Ryan's most notable features; he wears over twenty different ones throughout the two films. In High School Musical, both Ryan and his sister function as antagonists, attempting to keep Troy Bolton and Gabriella Montez from winning the lead roles in the school's Winter musical, Twinkle Towne. In spite of a few moments where Ryan appears annoyed by Sharpay's domineering attitude, he accepts her leadership unquestioningly throughout the film. In the second movie, however, when Sharpay replaces him with Troy in their talent show performance, he gains enough confidence to stand up to her, befriending the Wildcats and agreeing to choreograph their show, instead. In the end, after many twists and turns, Ryan orchestrates a plan to have Troy sing with Gabriella (instead of Sharpay) in the Wildcats' show, performing the hit duet "Everyday." Sharpay, apparently moved by the performance, announces Ryan as the winner of the talent show. The two reconcile, joining the Wildcats in singing the movie's final number, All for One. Ryan shows an extreme taste in hats as in total he wears 34 different hats in High School Musical, High School Musical 2 and High School Musical: The Concert.
Chad Danforth
Chad Danforth (portrayed by Corbin Bleu) is a member of the East High Wildcats team and Troy's best friend. He seems to be extremely devoted to basketball. From the start, he's a little snobby, selfish, and unsupportive of Troy's auditioning for the musical. He thinks that the musical isn't for basketball players. However, he realizes later that singing is something that Troy really enjoys and so Chad gives his support to his best friend's audition endeavor. After teaming up with Taylor McKessie to pull Troy and Gabriella apart, and then to put them back together again, he asks her out. In High School Musical 2, he develops a friendship with Ryan Evans.
Taylor McKessie
Taylor McKessie (portrayed by Monique Coleman) is the leader of East High's science club, which competes in the Scholastic Decathlon. She befriends Gabriella when she arrives to the school and convinces her to join the Scholastic Club. While she at first tried to stop Gabriella from singing, she eventually ended up supporting her. She has a strong dislike for athletes including Troy Bolton, stating that they "contribute nothing to society other than slam dunks and touchdowns." However, her opinion of athletes changes over time. She is asked out by Chad Danforth by the end of the film and accepts. In the Japanese dub, she is voiced by Maaya Sakamoto.

Synopsis
Strangers Troy Bolton (Zac Efron) and Gabriella Montez (Vanessa Anne Hudgens) attend a New Year's Eve party at a ski lodge over Christmas Break. They find they have amazing chemistry after singing "Start of Something New" in a karaoke contest, and exchange numbers. A week later, Gabriella's mother is transferred and Gabriella begins classes at East High in Albuquerque, New Mexico where Troy sees her in homeroom. After checking that it's her on his cell phone, Troy accidentally gets detention, along with Gabriella, his best friend and teammate Chad Danforth (Corbin Bleu), scholastic decathlon captain, and soon-to-be best friend of Gabriella, Taylor McKessie (Monique Coleman), and Drama Club co-presidents Ryan and Sharpay Evans (Lucas Grabeel and Ashley Tisdale).
After homeroom, Troy and Gabriella see each other and start to re-introduce themselves. As they talk near the sign-up sheet for the winter musical auditions, Sharpay sees them and assumes Gabriella wants to sign up. With Ryan's help, Sharpay determines that Gabriella is an "Einsteinette", and put an article of her previous academic achievements into Taylor's locker. During detention, Taylor approaches Gabriella and invites her to join the school's scholastic decathlon team. As a result of the detention, both Troy and Chad miss their basketball practice, much to the annoyance of Coach Bolton. During a confrontation between the coach and Ms. Darbus, it is made clear that neither of them has any real respect for the work that the other does. Troy eventually takes part in basketball practice, but he can't seem to stop thinking about Gabriella ("Get'cha Head in the Game").
Troy skips basketball practice during free period to go to the auditions, which Gabriella also attends. However, both are too shy to come forward, so they hide behind a janitorial rolling cart as Sharpay and Ryan perform their version of "What I've Been Looking For". When Gabriella finally decides to audition, Troy offers to sing with her, but Ms. Darbus says it is too late.
After a confrontation with Sharpay, Kelsi Nielsen, the composer of the musical, trips and drops her notes and piano music. Troy and Gabriella rush to help her, and she offers to let them hear how the song was supposed to sound. Troy and Gabriella then sing the slower version of the song, "What I've Been Looking For". Ms. Darbus hears them from behind the auditorium entrance and gives both Troy and Gabriella a callback. The next day, Sharpay sees the callback sheet and is furious. Once Chad and all the basketball players find out that Troy skipped basketball practice to audition for the musical, they all are shocked.
At lunch, everyone has learned that Troy is doing something highly out of basketball players' nature, and the students start confessing their secret passions and talents ("Stick to the Status Quo"), including basketball player Zeke Baylor's love of baking. Gabriella slips and accidentally spills her lunch all over Sharpay's shirt. Sharpay tells Ms. Darbus that Gabriella did it on purpose and tries to convince Ms. Darbus that Troy and Gabriella are trying to destroy the musical.
Troy asks Gabriella to meet him in his secret hideout, the balcony of a greenhouse. There, she reveals that singing with him at the party was like meeting a new friend at kindergarten; he felt like a best friend although she hardly knew him. Meanwhile, Zeke attempts to talk to Sharpay, who says that she would rather stick pins in her eyes than watch Zeke play basketball. He asks if that would be uncomfortable, and she snaps back, "Evaporate, tall person!"
Chad and Taylor decide that they need to devise a plan so that everything can go back to normal. The basketball team tricks Troy into saying that Gabriella isn't important while she watches them through a wi-fi link. Gabriella is hurt and confused about where she and Troy now stand ("When There Was Me and You"). Troy tries to talk to Gabriella as normal, but Gabriella tells him she does not want to do the musical anymore and that it was never really important to her.
After feeling guilty about ruining Troy and Gabriella's friendship, and noticing that they are no longer interested in the basketball game or the decathlon, Chad and Taylor decide to tell them the truth. Chad, Zeke, and Jason explain everything to Troy in the greenhouse and offer to support him at the callbacks. Taylor and the scholastic decathlon team tell Gabriella what they did, but Gabriella is still angry and hurt because of what Troy said, convinced that he meant it. That night, Troy goes to Gabriella's house, but she pretends to be busy with homework. Troy phones her from her backyard, telling her that the guy she met on vacation is much more like him than the guy that "said those stupid things". He climbs onto her balcony and starts singing the harmony of "Start of Something New" in attempt to persuade her to go to the callbacks with him. Gabriella then forgives him, and they start practicing the callback piece at school together with Kelsi.
Soon Sharpay and Ryan overhear Gabriella and Troy practicing, and feel intimidated by the competition. Together they convince Ms. Darbus to change the callbacks to the same time as the basketball championship and scholastic decathlon. Kelsi overhears their conversation with Mrs. Darbus, she and the others are devastated, but the scholastic decathlon and basketball teams and Kelsi work together to come up with a plan.
On the day itself, Taylor and Gabriella send a code by computer into the system to disrupt the basketball game by shutting down the scoreboard, and boil a hazardous chemical to stall the decathlon.
As Troy and Gabriella then rush to the theater, Sharpay and Ryan finish performing their song, "Bop to the Top", confident that they will get the part. Troy and Gabriella show up after Ms. Darbus has called their names twice, and she tells them again that they are too late. Many other students start streaming into the auditorium to support them and Ms. Darbus has no choice but to allow them to perform "Breaking Free." After they sing Breaking Free Troy kisses Gabbriella on the cheek. In the end, Ms. Darbus gives the parts to Troy and Gabriella. After winning both the scholastic decathlon and the basketball game, the entire school gathers in the gym to celebrate ("We're All in This Together").
After the celebrations, Sharpay finds Zeke alone in the gym and tells him that the cookies he made are the best things she has ever tasted. Zeke answers (quite suggestively) that he might even make her a crème brûlée.

She has a strong dislike for athletes including Troy Bolton, stating that they "contribute nothing to society other than slam dunks and touchdowns."
